You agree not to use Bikkubit to create or distribute any of the following:

- Copyright infringement
- Malware, phishing, or fraud
- Hate speech or extremist content
- Explicit pornography

3. Intermediary Hosting Status
Bikkubit provides hosting and publishing tools and does not endorse user content. Users bear full responsibility for the content they publish.
4. Platform Integrity and Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Threaten platform security
- Abuse system resources or automation
- Pose a legal or reputational risk
Immediate action may be taken when necessary.
5. Intellectual Property and AI Output
Ownership
You retain ownership of your inputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you have the right to use the generated outputs.
Nature of AI Output
Outputs may not be unique. They may resemble other outputs. They are not guaranteed to be exclusive. You are responsible for legal review before publishing.
6. Copyright Complaint Procedures
We handle copyright complaints in accordance with international standards. Notices must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Location of the infringing materials
- Contact information
- Statement of good faith
- Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
Counter-notices may be submitted in response.
7. Billing and Subscriptions
Fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except where legally required. We reserve the right to amend prices with prior notice.

Experimental features are:

- Subject to change or discontinuation at any time
- May contain errors or vulnerabilities
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with external providers. We are not responsible for their availability or policies.
10. Availability, Maintenance, and Backups
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability shall not exceed the amount paid during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bikkubit harmless from claims arising out of:
- Your content
- Your misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms

You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or export restrictions imposed by applicable laws.

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Libya.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
